Is the button available as a seperate item?
The handle is like new but the button has fallen out, I would like to get just the button.

What size allen wrench fits the basic model set screw in a model that's about 12 years old?
This is the basic model which the contractors put in the house when built. The set screw threads have either become crossed, or, mineral deposits have made it frozen in place. The closest size I can get in the head is an1/8th ". Any suggestions on tightening this handle?

Thank you for your question. You are correct that the 1/8" allen wrench is the right size. We recommend soaking a towel in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water and wrapping this around the handle. This helps break up the mineral build up. If this doesn't work you may have to drill out the set screw and replace it.

Unfortunately, we don't carry a replacement set screw as an individual part. The handle kit may need to be replaced.
