What tool do I use to tighten or loosen this bonnet nut RP71247?

Thank you for your question! We would recommend using a rubber strap wrench as it applies even pressure all the way around the cap and will not damage the finish.

What torque should I use for this brass nut? This nut compresses the seals on the RP71248 Cartridge, which if too loose could leak, and if too tight could cause the seals to degrade.
