Soap Dispenser Failure
After 4 years the soap dispenser has done what many other reviewers wrote about - it stuck and won't dispense soap. Hate the bottle of detergent on my counter! Called the 800 number and spoke w/ Brandy. She found the model # for me and requested a warranty replacement to be sent out to me immediately! WOW! Talk about customer service. I am most impressed. Truly made my day, Brandy! Many thanks.

Works perfectly!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this almost a year and love it! The exterior looks nice and the soap holder is extra long, so it holds lots of soap. In a years time I think that I have only had to refill it maybe 3 times.

Works well
Had to cover a hole in our sink and this was the perfect solution. And using it as a lotion dispenser works great. After washing or just cleaning up real handy to just get a little hand lotion to make you feel good.

Not what I expected
I bought the combo pack because it was cheaper than buying just the faucet so in effect the soap dispencer was free. Good thing because it's a little on the "cheap" side, all plastic

Not metal - made of plastic.
This soap dispenser is billed as the match to the Cassidy faucet which we also purchased. While it looks A LITTLE BIT like the faucet (same general style but not an exact match) it in no way is the same high quality. The spout is too curved resulting in the soap hitting the side of the sink rather than easily going whatever you're trying to clean. But I think the biggest disappointment is that it isn't even metal. I know Delta can do better than this.

After it was installed I tried filling it up and the tube fell into the unit. Had to unscrew unit from base under the sink and then loosened the whole apparatus. Needed to get the plumber back in to fix it. Ihope this doesn't happen every time I try to fill it up or else it will be useless. Also a bit too low I think. It should be up a bit higher.

Matching dispensor
I bought this to match my Cassidy faucet. It doesn't seem to feel like solid stainless but metal over plastic. It works fine and looks good with faucet. Haven't used it long
enough to say how well it will hold up.

Replace sprayer
I had an extra hole on my counter top from the old sprayer
and faucet combo I went to a faucet the was all in one pullout sprayer so I had an extra hole why not fill it with this lovely matching soap dispenser.

pretty but not functional
This soap dispenser is very pretty...but but husband (who owns his own construction company) installed it exactly as instructed and the soap dispenser is not sturdy on the wall, ever time you pump the dispenser it moves on the wall, very frustrating.

A lot larger than expected
I bought this soap dispenser to go along with the cassidy faucet. When I received it I was quite surprised at how large it is. I think I will be returning it because it is just so large. I also have an instant hot dispenser at the sink and it is larger than that so I thought that would look weird. Nothing wrong with the finish or design just a bit big for it's purpose.

Does the Cassidy soap dispenser in artic stainless match the color/finish of the Victorian faucet in stainless?
I prefer the shape of the Cassidy soap dispenser, but I noticed that the Victorian faucet doesn't come in Artic Stainless, just Stainless. Is there a difference between Artic Stainless and Stainless?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the 2 finishes do not match. The artic stainless will have a blue tint to it, while the stainless will have a gold tint to the finish.

Can I use foaming soap from Whole Foods in this dispenser?
My wife and I like the Foaming Hand Soap under Whole Food's "365" brand. Will this work in the Cassidy Soap / Lotion dispenser?

Our Delta soapdDispensers such as the RP71543AR can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam.

We have the Cassidy soap/lotion dispenser installed in our kitchen (artic stainless). A visitor in our home at Thanksgiving broke the pump dispenser off the plastic tube. Is it possible to purchase a pump only? not the entire dispenser?

Can you use foam soap with this dispenser? I am currently redoing my kitchen and debating about putting in a soap dispenser.

I just had a delta Cassidy soap/lotion dispenser installed in my kitchen. My plumber told me to add water to the dish washing liquid. My question is how many ounces does the bottle hold? I don’t want it to overflow. Thanks , cindy

Is this truly stainless steel (metal) or is it coated to look like stainless steel? If not metal, why the price difference?
