Rated 1 out of 5 by from RP72568RB rain head We bought the shower Venetian Bronze Cassidy set up including the rain shower head from a local Delta plumbing supplier 8 years ago. We have replaced the very expensive $450 rain head now four times, as it comes apart and then we are unable to get it back together. I am very disappointed in this product and am ready to replace the whole thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our plumber took out a water restrictor before he installed this. It has great pressure and water flow. I could wash/condition and rinse my hair without needing to use my hand held shower. Very nice! Great rainfall shower head

Rated 3 out of 5 by from broken seal Delta has wonderful products but we have had this same problem of another customer with the seal breaking and water leaking from the edges. Does the warranty include this problem with a replacement?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from seal split I love most all my Delta products, but in short order the seal around the 9 inch circumference split so pressure was lost and water dribbled from edges. Haven't use it for four years. Looking for replacement now.

How can we descale/decalcify a RP72568PN Raincan Shower Head? For starters is there a detailed parts diagram or video instructions that show us how to take it apart?

Asked by: Anonymous
Hello, Thank you for your question! We do not recommend taking apart the showerhead as this could potentially damage the product and void the warranty, Instead, simply soak the showerhead in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 30 minutes. Remove any visible mineral buildup with a soft bristle brush. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Tim Digital Communications Specialist

I have 8-foot an high ceiling in my shower. What length of Shower arm is recommended to use with RP72568SS Cassidy Showerhead? ( I am 6-ft tall, my wife is 5-ft.)

Asked by: TrapperTodd
Thank you for your question, TrapperTodd! Model RP72568SS can be installed as a traditional ceiling mounted raincan or a standard shower arm mounted installation. For a raincan installation, we offer 3", 6" and 10" ceiling mounts but for a standard installation, you may want to consider an adjustable shower arm. Below are some links that may help. https://www.deltafaucet.com/product-comparison?modelNumber=U4999&modelNumber=RP61058&modelNumber=U4996 https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/UA902-PK Best regards, Edward

So I purchased the raincan single setting touch clean shower head. I did see the gray plastic gasket insert.  I guess that is just to catch debris?  Can you confirm that this is NOT the flow restrictor?  Is the flow restricted built in and not removeable?

Asked by: Jason
Hi, Jason. Thank you for your question. The debris screen is a gray plastic gasket insert. The flow restrictor for the in the Delta RP72568RB Shower Head is built-in and non-removable. Best Regards, Rosanna
