Hose cracked and diverter clip broke
The hose on this sprayer cracked after only 5 years and upon replacement the diverter clip that attaches the sprayer hose to the supply line broke. Contacted Delta and was told to go and buy a new clip for $7.50 and $5 shipping. The diverter clip is very flimsy and easily broken. You would think the least they would do is supply an extra clip with the replacement sprayer hose that cost $80. Definitely would not recommend Delta products.

Hi Nafta07, Thank you for your question. Here is a link to the faucet model 2497LF-RB installation manual that uses the RP72751RB. The quick connect connection gets pushed onto the stud coming down from the faucet.

How do you remove the existing RP72751AR sprayer hose from the faucet nipple (quick connect fitting) to install a new RP72751AR sprayer hose? Hate to ruin the faucet connection!
Thank you for your question, Carroll47. To remove the RP72751AR hose on your faucet you will need to press in on the textured portion on the tabs on 2 sides of the white block connector. Once you have applied pressure, push up slightly and then pull the hose down off the fitting.

What all is included with the spray hose assembly

The RP72751AR includes the side sprayer and hose assembly. It does not come with the mounting for the side sprayer.

My hose has cracked right at the connection point to the handle. Can I just replace the hose? If I can, which hose is the correct one? Thanks (same question as kitchen-mom)

How long is the hose please? Our replacement sink is a small double sink and has the spray assembly on the left rear corner and the faucet will be installed on the far rights side.
