I have a delta kitchen single handle faucet that leaks at the base. Delta sent me a seal part number RP73054 but no instructions on how to replace the seal. Please email me the instructions.

Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Faucet Izak® Gaskets - Pull-Down, model RP73054! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you.
To install the gasket, please begin by closing the water valve to the kitchen faucet. Next, you will need to uninstall the faucet. Then you can place the gasket onto the countertop and reinstall the faucet.
