Velum curved spout aerator
Have purchased 2 Velum curved spout faucets for $200 each. Once installed, there was hardly any water flow after the water main was turned back on. Unable to remove the aerator to remove sediments from the water lines. Searched for videos on how to do it. Ordered replacement aerator and removal tool which don’t work on the faucet. Spout cover underneath spout does not remove. There is no space to insert the removal tool anywhere. Expensive faucets with poor design and poor customer support. Had a plumber out and he couldn’t figure it out either. Need video of how faucet is put together and how to remove the aerator.

Terrible. Falls out under pressure.
This aerator is useless as the "O" ring does not hold the product in place under pressure.
