How do I remove and replace this handle
Hello!
The temperature handle pops off by carefully pulling it off with pressure. It is not held on with a screw.

How do you replace the Temperature control knob cover?
Dear Shonna,
Thank you for your question. To remove the Delta Temperature Cover and Knob RP77164, you would grab the edges of the dial cover and pull outwards. The front temperature cover will just pop off.

This is a replacement plastic temperature knob and finished temperature lever for a model T17064-SS. It includes a Philips screw to install the knob.

I have this part in you picture on my shower..For some reason it fell off when I was drying my shower walls. I did not hit it just dried it. Now I can not get it to snap back on. I don’t see any broken..Help I can’t use my shower.

The temperature control knob fell off when adjusting the temperature and now it will not stay on. I can get it to click on, but any movement to right or left and it slides back off. Is there a special trick?

We installed the Delta Ashlyn shower trim. The temperature control cover, after snapping onto the temperature knob, doesn't sit flush on top of the volume control handle, leaving about a 1/8 inch gap. Do you have some gasket or a way to fill the gap?
