I want to change the orientation of my cold water valve, ashlyn spread faucet) it is in the wrong orientation and I need to rotate 90 degrees to make sure off position is facing out. How do I loosen the valve from top and then the set screws to rotate.

Unfortunately, the anchor would need to be loosen from the bottom with the included wrench.
