missing parts multiple times
I bought this product and it arrived without the "provided" (the word used on the actually provided installation papers) bonnet nut. I called customer service to have a new one shipped due to the missing part. Guess what is also missing in the box of the newly arrived second kit. Get your crap together delta cause I'm tired of paying for shipping

Can this kit work to extend b114915 shower handle?

Is RP 77992 the correct extension kit for T27876-BLLHP 17 series integrated diverter trim with three function diverter? If not, what is the correct extension kit? Will this kit match the Matt black finish of the trim?

Our plumber says the extension kit is 3/4 of an inch too short, and that Delta doesn't make a longer extension, that we'll have to tear out part of our brand new show tile....can you PLEASE tell me that you make a longer model?

Thank you for your question. The Delta extension kit, RP77992, does provide up to an additional 1-3/4 in. of wall thickness. Unfortunately, there is not an additional or longer extender for this unit.

Roughing in a R11000
My client had their R11000 installed correctly. The tile installers did not tile up to the valve and the escutcheon plate won't cover the hole. Do they have any option? The used the 1700 Cassidy series.

Thank you for your question. The RP42414 trim ring for the Victorian series can go behind the escutcheon plate. It is slightly larger at 5" x 5 1/2". The original plate is 4 1/2" in diameter.

I have the Delta T17238-RB shower (Lahara). Can I use this extension kit or do I need the RP75136 kit?
