The handle of the faucet has come off and the plumber who installed the faucet is unresponsive - based.on an identical faucet in my other bathroom, it appears that there is a small collar that is missing - would this be part of the kit?

Can I buy the set screw for this model on it’s own?

This model does not utilize a set screw it installs by pressing it firmly where it attaches to the faucet and snap it in place.

hi i am facing some problem realted to this faucet i have the handle but i think the screw is missing .so i would like to know if i can just buy screw instead of whole handle
