Is this compatible with the Lampard Faucet Model 15764LF-SPPD? The oblong portion of the mounting nut is obstructed from tightening to the vanity by the sink basin, and alternatives would be useful.

Size of spanner for rp78364 nut

Could you please let me know what size spanner is used on the nuts for the rp78364 kit.

Do these mounting fixtures include the metal horseshoe bracket that goes with the matching gasket (Black)
