Hi pyuan, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP78367. Depending on the faucet model, this cartridge is held with a bonnet nut or retainer ring. With the nut or ring removed, the cartridge should pull straight out of the valve. If mineral deposits are holding it in place, we recommend soaking the area with 50/50 white vinegar and water. Adjusting clockwise will increase the hot water that can be mixed.
