Looks Great but difficult to put cap on.
We had to adjust the max hot water temp. Did that fine except for getting the cap back onto the unit. It's design forces you to use brut force to get the plastic to bend over the other grey plastic temp control valve. I swear I'm going to break the entire unit. Still not on.

Where can we order the small gray plastic part that keeps breaking by itself? It doesn't make any sense to sell the expensive part with matching finish when we just need the mass produced brass and gray plastic that's the same for every finish.

Does this have the internal plastic piece? That is what I’m replacing not the brass cover.
