Would have to say go elsewhere;frustration!
We have used this faucet for about a year and a half. Got it at the HD if I recall correctly. I was fine in the beginning but the spray adjustment button got more and more difficult to press to the point where it is always stuck between flow types. We cleaned it well and have a whole hoiuse softner. The replacement is not inexpensive and seems to be unavailable in stainless finish to top off the frustration. Just doesnt make sense to even buy it see that it will probably just happen again from what I am seeing with the reviews posted. Delta used to be a solid product with great customer support. Sad

Low Flow - Can’t Replace Aerator???
I was in love with this faucet until I entered low-flow town 4 years in. I would like to just replace the aerator, which has worked in my other faucets, and I have seen how to take it apart, but I cannot for the life of me find a replacement aerator. It is ridiculous to have to buy a new $100 sprayer when I should just be able to replace the aerator THAT I CANNOT FIND. Additionally, the faucet itself is not recognizing touch when the water gets hot & even though I registered my faucet when I bought it, I’m being asked to register again with information I don’t have. I’m extremely frustrated.

prepare to replace the sprayer
I've had to replace the sprayer twice in the last six years. After about 2 years the rocker switch gets more difficult to push over time. We have soft water and no amount of maintenance or cleaning seems to help. It often takes two thumbs to push it down which is difficult for kids and people with smaller hands.

Flow eventually reduces to trickle
I am so tired of replacing this. It works great until suddenly reduced water flow and absolutely nothing fixes it. This will be our third time replacing it, but trying to decide if we should get a different faucet instead. Love the touch feature, but not if all I get is a trickle. Didn’t save the receipt so figure warranty is useless.

Great customer service for a good product
Button gets increasingly harder to press. Need to use two thumbs to push it down now. Then two thumbs to push it back. Touch part of sink works great, but this head has been defective after about 6 months of use. Thankfully the customer service “concierge agent Alan” was able to get a new one sent out with no hassle whatsoever. Refreshing to see company’s standing behind their products.

Works great until it doesn't. No longer holds the full spray or stream. I have to repeatedly press it harder or hold it the whole time I am using it. Didn't even last three years. Now have to buy a replacement bc I don't want to replace the whole faucet.

Poor product = Angry Wife
Just over 3 months and the head is not working properly. It has extremely low water flow. I took everything apart like the directions stated and no luck. All water line were clean of debris. The Wife is not happy!

Poor design
I am going to purchase a replacement spray head, but the design is terrible. The rocker switch is too narrow and the plunger mechanism is not robust and fails too easily. I disassembled the entire head and even after a though cleaning it still will not function properly. I will replace the entire faucet in another year or two and will never but another delta product again.

any clue how to remove the strainer basket inside this thing? Mind is seriously clogged with mineral deposits and needs to be cleaned. I see no obvious way to remove the strainer(s) from the assembly.

Unfortunately, the sprayer does not have a removable aerator. I recommend soaking the sprayer in 50/50 white vinegar and water and then rinsing to help remove mineral deposits.

I have a Delta Essa 2O Touchless and have such reduction in water pressure that the instant hot water tank will not kick on to heat my kitchen sink water. In researching it looks like I need a replacement faucet head RP80524AR. Can u help?

Is the essa spray head the same as trinsic spray head. I can’t find trinsic spray head without hose.
I've installed my Delta kitchen faucet that has a spray/normal flow pull down magnetic head. I love the faucet but the heat is starting to dribble when it's set for full flow. In other words, if I have the spray on and flip it to regular flow it dribbles

How do I clean the inside

The aerator assembly is non-removable. To clean, we do recommend removing the sprayer assembly from the hose assembly. Soak the sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix for an hour or even overnight to clean the debris.

Will this faucet head (RP80524AR) fit a Delta Emery faucet? I dislike the Delta Emery head because it has a split stream when in sprayer mode. This head has single circular stream and it looks like it would interchange with the Emery head.

This spray head would connect to the hose used by the faucet model 19805Z-SD-DST, but this Emery faucet model has not been sold with the arctic stainless finish. This faucet includes ShieldSpray to power off messes and the spray is split to make room for the ShieldSpray technology.
RP64069 would be another spray head without ShieldSpray that would fit but the style would not be the same as the original spray head.
