Would have to say go elsewhere;frustration!
We have used this faucet for about a year and a half. Got it at the HD if I recall correctly. I was fine in the beginning but the spray adjustment button got more and more difficult to press to the point where it is always stuck between flow types. We cleaned it well and have a whole hoiuse softner. The replacement is not inexpensive and seems to be unavailable in stainless finish to top off the frustration. Just doesnt make sense to even buy it see that it will probably just happen again from what I am seeing with the reviews posted. Delta used to be a solid product with great customer support. Sad

Low Flow - Can’t Replace Aerator???
I was in love with this faucet until I entered low-flow town 4 years in. I would like to just replace the aerator, which has worked in my other faucets, and I have seen how to take it apart, but I cannot for the life of me find a replacement aerator. It is ridiculous to have to buy a new $100 sprayer when I should just be able to replace the aerator THAT I CANNOT FIND. Additionally, the faucet itself is not recognizing touch when the water gets hot & even though I registered my faucet when I bought it, I’m being asked to register again with information I don’t have. I’m extremely frustrated.

prepare to replace the sprayer
I've had to replace the sprayer twice in the last six years. After about 2 years the rocker switch gets more difficult to push over time. We have soft water and no amount of maintenance or cleaning seems to help. It often takes two thumbs to push it down which is difficult for kids and people with smaller hands.

Flow eventually reduces to trickle
I am so tired of replacing this. It works great until suddenly reduced water flow and absolutely nothing fixes it. This will be our third time replacing it, but trying to decide if we should get a different faucet instead. Love the touch feature, but not if all I get is a trickle. Didn’t save the receipt so figure warranty is useless.

Great customer service for a good product
Button gets increasingly harder to press. Need to use two thumbs to push it down now. Then two thumbs to push it back. Touch part of sink works great, but this head has been defective after about 6 months of use. Thankfully the customer service “concierge agent Alan” was able to get a new one sent out with no hassle whatsoever. Refreshing to see company’s standing behind their products.

Works great until it doesn't. No longer holds the full spray or stream. I have to repeatedly press it harder or hold it the whole time I am using it. Didn't even last three years. Now have to buy a replacement bc I don't want to replace the whole faucet.

Poor product = Angry Wife
Just over 3 months and the head is not working properly. It has extremely low water flow. I took everything apart like the directions stated and no luck. All water line were clean of debris. The Wife is not happy!

Poor design
I am going to purchase a replacement spray head, but the design is terrible. The rocker switch is too narrow and the plunger mechanism is not robust and fails too easily. I disassembled the entire head and even after a though cleaning it still will not function properly. I will replace the entire faucet in another year or two and will never but another delta product again.

Any way for a higher water flow than 1.8gpm.. like maybe a different sprayer or insert?

Question How in the world do we receive more water flow?
I want to remove the restriction screen or any other device within.
This is a brand new home and this delta touch with spray has never been used until I tested it today. I will replace it if this is what to expect from this faucet. This water flow is unacceptable. Please advise ASAP or I call return item and send negative reviews and purchase a better product.

Thank you for your question. The Delta faucet, 9113T-AR-DST, has Gallon Per Minute rate of 1.8GPM. If you feel like you have less flow rate coming out than 1.8GPM, we recommend to time how long the faucet takes to fill a gallon bucket. If the amount is less than 1.8GPM, there can be debris inside the sprayer assembly or even faucet that can effect the GPM. We would then recommend to flush the faucet lines or even the clean the sprayer head. You can also contact us on our customer service line at (800)345-3358 for further assistance.

How is the screen cleaned in the RP80524 assembly. Can it be screwed out or must the entire assembly be disassembled?
Thank you for your question, Danny! The RP80524 Essa wand does not have a removable aerator and the wand itself is not meant to be disassembled. The face of the wand has soft, rubber Touch-Clean spray holes which allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger. If you suspect a mineral buildup inside, you can unscrew the wand from the hose and pour a 50/50 solution of white vinegar inside, otherwise a new wand would be needed.

The ESSA® Spray Assembly MODEL#: RP80524AR can be cleaned by soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside.

I’m looking to replace the nozzle on my, DELTA #9913-RB-DST. I have gone through your parts store and have come up empty handed. Every time I go to parts, the site changes the faucet model number! Very frustrating! NOTE: faucet is triangle shaped.

How do I actually tell what spray head I have ? There looks to be some numbers on the bottom. no paperwork on the faucet and when I use the pull out spray head there is a leak outside of the center blast from the head. Any info would be appreciated

The sprayer used by your faucet can be found on the parts diagram on the faucet model's product page. To identify the faucet model, there should be a tag on the supply line under the sink. Or the model is on the box or the receipt.

any clue how to remove the strainer basket inside this thing? Mind is seriously clogged with mineral deposits and needs to be cleaned. I see no obvious way to remove the strainer(s) from the assembly.

Is the essa spray head the same as trinsic spray head. I can’t find trinsic spray head without hose.
I've installed my Delta kitchen faucet that has a spray/normal flow pull down magnetic head. I love the faucet but the heat is starting to dribble when it's set for full flow. In other words, if I have the spray on and flip it to regular flow it dribbles
