The handle on discontinued bathroom sink, model RP84373, broke loose from its seat and needs to be replaced. Is there any way I can get this item?

What is included in this replacement set MODEL#: RP84373RB? Is it the handles and the lower parts or just the handles? This has only been installed for less than 5 years and the finish is coming off.
