Will this escutcheon base plate fit the zura 574-SMMPU-DST bathroom faucet? And does it come with a new gasket?

The ZURA® Escutcheon MODEL#: RP84822BL will fit the ZURA® Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 574-SMMPU-DST if it was produced prior to 05/29/2022. If it was produced after 05/29/2022 it would need the ZURA® Escutcheon MODEL#: RP102199PC. Both will include the gasket.
