Delta Chalet Question
Delta Chalet - No issues with the product as it works as described. According to the information on the Chalet Faucet I recently purchased at Lowes, The Chalet provides either 2.2GPM or 1.8GPM. I recently installed a Point of use Electric Hot water heater in my Shop Kitchen and my question is ,,,, Is there a lower GPM Aerator than the factory installed aerator? If so, please specify one that you could recommend.
Water flow is too fast for the small water heater to heat the water on demand and I was told to get a lower GPM aerator to help fix the issue.

Product arrived as stated. Seems to have restricted water flow even more though. Seemed a bit pricey at $26 for a simple aerator and plastic tool.

Wrong part sent to me under waranty
Filed a claim with Delta because the pull down sprayer was leaking through the spray side when using the full flow option. Got the run around from Delta primarily because I don't think they will cover the pull down sprayer (it is repairable by a DIYer). I ended up tearing it down and buying new o-rings. Instead they sent me the wrong aerator and a new cartridge. I haven't replaced the cartridge yet because the old one is not leaking. I'm not going to complain, the cartridge is not cheap. Only wish they would listen to the customer and provide the correct repair parts.

Two stars because of the wrench...
Tech ordered wrong aerator//can't fix because of the hard water, mineral deposits ... I just don't understand what has happened to Delta.. this used to be the top of the line/perfect... this will be the second time we've replaced the head due to hard water, mineral deposits/clogged.

Fits as advertised, but!
Perfect fit, but why can’t you purchase the aerator without the wrench. I’ve managed to save the original wrench and don’t need a new one. In the future I would like to be able to purchase aerator without the cost of anew wrench!

The worst ever.
I had a no name faucet from Costco that lasted 15 years that was wonderful. So 20 years later I buy this Delta from Sam's Club. The worst faucet, you find the G-spot to shut off so it does not drip. And it is always adjusted to the cold. I lived to 2023 for this junk?
Fine for someone that has no idea 25 years ago they made great faucet. I got a repair kit for free from the no name folks, going to try and repair my original faucet and take this Delta back.

Good to have spares.
We have particulates in our water. It's good to have spares in the event that the current filter becomes unrecoverable.
