We've had nothing but issues with our Pivotal sets
From the showers heads, to the bathtub spouts breaking and now the sink set handles seizing. As the previous reviewer mentioned, the base on our hot water side just spins and won't lock in place anymore. Delta was recommended for our new home build and I wouldn't buy Delta again.

faucet system
This is system is junk. Plastic pieces don't hold the handle on properly.
Constantly comes loose. I glued mine in place. Beware of this product line of faucets.
