Our handle keeps falling off the faucet. Is this what we need to fix it or is there just a screw or nut we need?

Does this handle come with the plug for the set screw hole?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP92381CZ.
This handle kit does not include a set screw cover button. Faucet models that include this handle do not include a set screw cover.
A similar handle kit RP92378CZ in Champagne bronze used by faucets in the Trinsic collection does include a set screw cover.
