Very disappointed - order not delivered yet
I would review the product if it actually arrived! So far nothing - I ordered it 8 days ago. With a 6-8 day shipping time, it should be here. I checked my order status - there is no shipping information. It just says order received. I need this ridiculously overpriced part. Now I have to just wait. Very frustrating to have this problem with what I thought was a reputable company. Very disappointed

Tiny lip
If you are mounting a touch faucet to a metal sink, there's a tiny little lip on this bracket that has to make its way between the metal shaft of the faucet and the sink to be able to insulate the shaft. Nothing in the instructions or install video mentions this but, when your expensive touch faucet doesn't work, you'll wish you knew.

The mounting bracket assembly (RP92714) for the Nicoli kitchen faucet has a piece of packaging tape holding the metal place against the plastic part of the mounting bracket. I assume I need to remove the tape before using the bracket?
When using this assembly, do I tighten the 2 screws on the bracket first, then place/tighten the brass nut against it? Or do I placed the bracket, tighten the brass nut up against it, and then tighten the 2 bracket screws? Bob

Hello, I have Delta Faucet model 9113-AR-DST. The faucet was installed by a professional plumber. The screws of the mounting bracket keep becoming loose and then the faucet is unsteady. Should I replace the mounting bracket? Or any other solution?

What are dimension difference between RP51685 and RP92714 ? RP51685 doesn't in the hole under my sink. It is little longer. So, want to see if RP92714 fits under my sink

I have a signature 470 or 472 kitchen faucet that needs the brass mounting nut. It has a 3/8 inch hole and is just over 1/4 inch thick (maybe 5/16?). Is the mounting nut in the RP92714 mounting assembly?

I have a Auburn single handle -Pull down kitchen faucet that shows a single hole mount ( which I need ) but did not come with the mounting hardware needed for single hole mount . Was this a packaging error or have I ordered the wrong faucet ?

Does this tool fit all delta kitchen faucets. I do not have the model number for my faucet. It says it is a Delta faucet but I can not find the model number on it. We bought this faucet in 2023 from Lowes and it looks like it has been discontinued.

Will this work on a discontinued Ashton Series 19922Z-SSSD-DST ? I only need the u shaped mounting bracket.
I had to uninstall my Delta Nicole faucet for a remodel and we have misplaced the nut. Where can I buy the nut or can you send me a new one? I’m having trouble finding it at local hardware stores.
