Pivot

I bought this as an adjustable mount and have connected it to move it around. Is there a way to loosen it up so that it can pivot?

Is this item made of plastic or metal/brass?

Does this swivel so the water can point straight down?

How do you adjust this?

I would like the handheld shower to point in a downward position but do not see any directions on how this is adjusted.

Hi gflawnman, Thank you for your question. There is a ball joint just in front of the portion that screws onto the shower arm. Once you have it installed, you can pivot the mount up or down by about 30 degrees. Best regards, Jon

Looking for interior diagram

Need to reassemble and want to make sure interior parts (washers, rings) are correctly placed and ordered. (Also uncertain if split ring is intended to be split.)

Does this item determine the flow-rate (gpm) for the attached handheld shower head? If so, what flow rate (GPM) does this Arm Mount provide?

Do you sell a part that can cap off the outlet? My idea is to use the U3401 to mount the holder on a shower arm further away from the wall, but to source the water from an elbow lower down on the wall.

where can I find assembly instructions

Hello! Unfortunately there are no installation instructions for this model. However, the female threaded end will connect to your existing shower arm. Your hand shower's hose will attach to the male threads of the bottom connection and your hand shower rests in the open mount. Please reach out with further questions! can the U3401-PK be used to replace an almost exact delta replica with a removable PLASTIC circle for the female end of a mount to hold the handset? our new faucet (2 years) is heavier and the plastic keeps breaking. this looks like a good permanent fix!

I have this part, but am having trouble rotating the shower head.  Is the part with the grooves around the ball joint suppose to be loosen to enable movement.  I can’t seem to move/adjust anything on this.

Will this adjustable mount work with any Delta handheld shower? I believe the model number is 75704.SN.

Why isn't the mounting nut separate from the body. The unit does not allow for horizontal adjustment other then loosening or tightening the nut. In my case I tightened the nut until it would not leak the arm was in about 75 degree angle.

My U3401-PK has begun leaking between the ball and the housing it rotates within. It shoots water onto the walls and ceiling the most upon start, but is also continuous as long as there is pressure inside the joint. Any fix?

The shower mount won't swivel or move at all. How do you loosen it to get that 30° of movement it's supposed to have? There is a clear ring with a gap in it at the mounting point. Should that be removed?
