Hi, Would this wall mount work with Shower head H2Okinetic In2ition? Model number: 58480-PK I know that shower head comes with a mount on the shower arm, but i would like a second mount in a different spot below the shower arm. Thank you, Clif

Is there a way to mount it to fiberglass shower without using screws?

We purchased the U4010-SS-PR-PK model. In the installation instructions, the exploded view does not show a rubber washer. The wall mount package comes with a round rubber washer. Where does it go?

Is there a gasket that goes with the holder so water cannot penetrate behind it?

Will this mount support and match the handheld from the 58569-SS25-PK?

I want to install a Delta Wall Mount and Hand Shower Unit, part no. U4010-PR-PK Lumicoat Square Mount. In the parts box, there’s a Large Black Rubber Washer. The exploded isometric instruction sheet within the parts box Does Not show this. Why?

This question was not properly answered by Delta. the large black washer could be placed between the shower wall and the flange or between the flange and the base. It is not shown in the installation instruction and can not find the proper location.

the internal plastic ‘gasket’ or ‘holder that prevents the ball from slipping out of the mount is cracked.  it there a replacement part for the little round black plastic ‘retainer’ piece?  model U4010-PK
