I am looking for printed documentation of the flow rate through a Delta Vacuum Breaker No. 4900. The reason is to make a claim for LEED certification that we have a low flow rate. Can anybody answer or steer me to a web link that would answer the question
Thank you for your question, Dave! Our product’s flow rates are used to determine the water consumption level, but products themselves cannot be LEED certified. They contribute to points toward LEED. A volume control or vacuum breaker does not have a restricted flow rate that is applicable to this standard. The hand shower or shower head that is connected to this type of device will have a measurable flow rate and that information can be found on the Technical Specifications sheet for each model.

Is there an adaptor for this breaker?
The device does not seem to fit the threads on my shower arm mount. Without the washer it fits perfectly. But you cannot use the breaker without the stepped washer.

Thank you for your question. This vacuum breaker needs to be mounted between your hand shower and hose. It will not fit on the arm.

DO YOU HAVE PAPERWORK OR DATA SHEET FOR THIS PRODUCT STATING THAT IS RISTRICTING THE WATER FLOWFOR THE SHOWERHEAD TO LESS THAN 2.5 AT LEAST TO 1.75 FOR SOUTHER CALIFORNIA?
