Rated 1 out of 5 by from Premium Price, Poor Product I purchased the entire Delta Pivotal set in 2022. It’s an expensive product line, so I expected much better durability. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the black finish started peeling after just a few months. Then in 2025, the hose began leaking everywhere. I contacted Delta to try to get a replacement part, but because I couldn’t produce the original receipt, they refused to help. While I understand it’s my responsibility to keep receipts, I always believed Delta stood behind defective products—especially for a premium-priced line. Apparently that’s no longer the case. Now I have to pay for a replacement hose that appears to have the same design flaw. If Delta would like to stand behind their product, I’d certainly welcome them reaching out to resolve the issue. Otherwise, after this experience, I’ll be avoiding Delta products in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from shower hose This is the second of our Delta hoses to start flaking and leaking and our house in only three years old. We need a replacement hose for the hand held shower fixture, but I am afraid to buy the same product. They show a "stretch" hose but I'm not sure about that. Be aware the paint will flake off and the hose will start leaking.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Finish failing after 6 months, AVOID!!! We bought an entire bathroom of Delta faucets, and the shower handle hose started failing after 6 months. It flakes off in various places, not only in places of frequent bending. Worthless, avoid at all costs! See other similar reviews.

HOW DO YOU STRETCH THE FLEXIBLE HOSE FROM 60-82"?

Will stretchable hose U495-60 PK finish CZ work with 57021-CZ?

I had Model # 57021-SS Premium 3-setting slide bar hand shower installed in my new bathroom shower and would like to know if Delta sells an extension hose that will fit this system to allow me to utilize this at the far end of my shower, which is 5 feet.

Hello munch426, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta 60"-80" Hand Shower Hose and I am happy to assist you today. This hand shower hose (model: U495D-SS60-PK) has 1/2" conical connections which are compatible with all of our hand showers. This model can stretch from 60-82" or 2083mm. At this time we do not sell an adapter to connect two hoses together, although this is our longest hose that we currently offer besides our 84" UltraFlex hand shower hose (model: U490R-84-PK).
