Faulty Design or poor quality control
I'm on my third replacement. They all seem to have the same problem -- water spraying out of the swivel joint of the connector. Doesn't matter if I tighten it light or hard, use plumbing tape or not, they've all leaked. Delta has been great about sending out replacements, but it is a pain to have to keep reinstalling the product only to have it leak/spray right after I turn on the water. Same problem with the accompanying part -- U4301-PK, the pin mount. Water leaks from the swivel connector. On the third one of those, as well.

A good product - except for one thing...
This product is fine except for one thing - the pin mount is made of plastic, and it breaks all the time. I've had my hand held shower for less than two years and I've had to replace this part twice. Does Delta make a product similar to this one with a METAL pin mount?????

What is the inner hole diameter for the pin swivel?
I am looking at Delta Faucet U5002-PK. I need to know the minimum inside hole diameter for the pin. I have an existing pin mounted in my shower now and the old pin mount connector broke. I need to be sure I know the Delta Faucet U5002-PK will be large enough to fit.
I don't know what make or model of the wall mount.

Can this model be used with any hand shower, even if it is not Delta Branded?
