Just bought this and first used it today. I put it on "Pause" because I shave in the shower. In a very short amount of time I felt the water getting hot. I flipped it off pause and it almost scalded me before it went back to the temp it was before putting on pause. All I can say is......WTF???????

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyers beware If this works the same way the last 2 we purchased in 6 months, go back to the drawing board. Or at least re-engineer your design. We made the mistake of buying the combination model with a detachable handheld hose. Worked fine for a month and a half. Now it won't completely shut off-----drip, drip,drip. Both purchases, same thing.

I’ve had other handheld shower heads since I moved into my home in 2022, however, this one truly has been the best one. The set up and install took less than 5 minutes. It fit perfectly in the shower head holder I purchased from Amazon. For my first shower with my new shower head, I decided to wash my hair and man was that an experience. I felt like I was at the spa lol! Long story short, I have a his and hers shower and I have yet to go back to my side of the shower since I installed this. 10/10. I would repurchase this in a heartbeat.

I just bought the porcelain 5 spray settings Hand Shower at Lowe's. The installation instructions reference washers, but there are no separate washers with the unit. Are these already installed or do I need to purchase them?

The Button on the back side of my new handled 6 function shower head what does it do?

The button on the backside switches the spray to the power spray the shoots from the top of the shower head. Don’t press this button while the head is in the mounting bracket (unless you’re trying to wash your ceiling!). The trickle/pause is one of the spray selections on the bottom of the spray head.

Purchased 75740BL back in August via Amazon and it looks great, but the proclean button sticks in the on position no matter what we do to turn it off. All the other "rotary" functions on the head work fine. Is there a trick to it or can we exchange?

Can this model be attached to a shower faucet that is directly downward-facing (as opposed to angled out slightly, as shown in your promotional photos here)?

Is the Chrome finish on metal or plastic? Your website doesn't specify and different dealers gave conflicting information.

Does the 75740 model have the ability for the shower head to move slightly, left to right, up or down when positioned in the holder? Thank you for the info!

The handle fits tightly to mount. No real wiggle room up or down. You could turn it sideways if too high fitting upright, but that will offset shower head either left or right about 5"

Does this product contain an aerator that can be removed to increase water pressure? After one use the water pressure diminished.
