This Classic shower only faucet is as hard working as you are and is built to last. Summer time, you use more cold water, spring time it balances out, winter time you use more hot than cold. With this type of system, we will be changing it all the time. I'm wondering if Delta has a valve body that can be dropped into this one that will give full water pressure?

is it possible to change the cartridge to one hat will allow the flow to be controlled, ie lower the pressure by pushing the handle in?

We purchased this 132900 last July and from we put it in, we was getting hot water from the cold side and cold from hot. We had to the sink running for the water to get hot. It now however only getting lukewarm water with the hot on full

There is no hot water flow in the shower but there is hot hot water in the sink can the shower faucet be fixed?

There is a little hole in the temperature adjustment arm. I am concerned that water can get into it. Was there supposed to be a "plug" for this? Maybe a little hot/cold indicator? If so, where do I get one.

I installed the 132900-A and it has always had a drip from the shower head I have even pulled it back out and checked the outer o-rings. I am not sure what to do next.

Hi. Do you have a 1/2 inch longer cone or valve trim cover in chrome. My valve appears to stick out farther. When I put the handle on, there is a gap behind it that shows the brass part of the valve. I put the spacer and o-ring inside of the trim cover.

how to increase hot water

The Delta Faucet model 132900-A Monitor(R) 13 Series Shower - Complete Rough And Trim In Chrome rotational limit stop can be adjusted to allow hotter flow using page 9 from the below link. The most common cause of a low flow rate is debris. The best way to clear any debris is to flush the supply lines. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute. Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. On the model 132900-A shower control, you change temperature by turning the handle to the left. How do you control the flow of water? Does the handle pull out?

What is the set screw size of the allen screw for the handle? Also, my set screw seems to be stuck and I dont want to strip it. Any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear that your Monitor(R) 13 Series Shower - Complete Rough And Trim In Chrome MODEL#: 132900-A set screw is stuck, which can be very frustrating. I am so glad that you contacted us, so we can get this taken care of for you! The RP152 set screw is 1/4-28 x .313 and would take a 1/8" Allen wrench to remove. Since it is stuck, we would recommend soaking a rag in 50/50 white vinegar and water and wrap it around the handle covering the set screw, this will break up any mineral deposits or calcium build-up and help with removal. Is there a backplate for the escutcheon for the faucet M/N 132900-A. It is mentioned in the installation (if your model has one) but mine did not come with one. My installation is in a prefab / trailer and the walls are not as deep as a standard house.
