Summer time, you use more cold water, spring time it balances out, winter time you use more hot than cold. With this type of system, we will be changing it all the time. I'm wondering if Delta has a valve body that can be dropped into this one that will give full water pressure?

How come there is no Bonnet Nut on the Parts & Accessories Diagram or under the Parts List Tab?? You still need one of those, right?

I installed the 132900-A and it has always had a drip from the shower head I have even pulled it back out and checked the outer o-rings. I am not sure what to do next.

Hi. Do you have a 1/2 inch longer cone or valve trim cover in chrome. My valve appears to stick out farther. When I put the handle on, there is a gap behind it that shows the brass part of the valve. I put the spacer and o-ring inside of the trim cover.

how to increase hot water

Hi ples, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. We thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer! The Delta Faucet model 132900-A Monitor(R) 13 Series Shower - Complete Rough And Trim In Chrome rotational limit stop can be adjusted to allow hotter flow using page 9 from the below link. The most common cause of a low flow rate is debris. The best way to clear any debris is to flush the supply lines. To do this, turn off the water supplies, remove the cartridge, and turn the supplies back on for one minute. Please make sure that you are getting good flow through both the hot and cold sides while flushing. You can also shake the cartridge back and forth to make sure the back half of the cartridge rattles. What is the difference between the model 132900-A and the model 132900-A-WS?

On the model 132900-A shower control, you change temperature by turning the handle to the left. How do you control the flow of water? Does the handle pull out?

What is the set screw size of the allen screw for the handle? Also, my set screw seems to be stuck and I dont want to strip it. Any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear that your Monitor(R) 13 Series Shower - Complete Rough And Trim In Chrome MODEL#: 132900-A set screw is stuck, which can be very frustrating. I am so glad that you contacted us, so we can get this taken care of for you! The RP152 set screw is 1/4-28 x .313 and would take a 1/8" Allen wrench to remove. Since it is stuck, we would recommend soaking a rag in 50/50 white vinegar and water and wrap it around the handle covering the set screw, this will break up any mineral deposits or calcium build-up and help with removal. We are having a basement bathroom installed. The carpenters damaged the mixing valve cover and handle. I’ve looked for just these parts for replacement, but can’t find any. Do you sell just those parts for #132900-A.

I have a shower valve 132900-a that was installed recently in a bathroom remodel. The valve doesn't shut off and the handle only turns about a 1/4 of a turn.

Is there a backplate for the escutcheon for the faucet M/N 132900-A. It is mentioned in the installation (if your model has one) but mine did not come with one. My installation is in a prefab / trailer and the walls are not as deep as a standard house.

Pull the end of the cartridge and rotate counterclockwise to increase the hot water. I have 2 new delata shoer faucets 132900 installed, and even thought that the cartridge was adjusted all the way to the hot position, I still only get warm water. I can get hot water in the sinks but not the shower.

Is there supposed to be a plug for the hole in the handle meant for the allen wrench to connect the handle to the cartridge/valve? Without a plug water will easily get into the handle via this hole. There was no such plug in the box.
