The Chamberlain™ collection’s subtle flares and circular form create a stylish composition in a trim design. The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality provides maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only, or both the shower head and hand shower at once. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering, and other shower tasks, then easily restarts the water with the temperature where you left off. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hand held stopped working few months after install Loved this shower head when I first had it installed. Now, the switch on the handheld doesn't work after less than 5 months installed. The switch doesn't change the water flow so I can use the massage feature. It's stuck in standard flow mode. I hope it can be replaced. Otherwise, it's now useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plastic parts that break easily The fitting that is on the shower head that attaches to the shower arm is made out of plastic. With simply hand tightening and screwing on to the shower arm, the plastic piece cracked and split. Looking at the parts listed, this specific piece cannot be purchased separately. It's a complete waste of money and now I have a bran new shower head that cannot be used. I've even tried searching for aftermarket parts but no one seems to carry the specific fitting to replace.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Buy The plastic connector (that screws the shower head onto the water pipe that comes out of the wall) broke immediately after installation, when I adjusted the shower head the very first time. Never even took a shower before it broke! Never buy this terrible product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I like the looks and the features but... We have only had this installed for a few months and the handle is leaking around the head. Made of cheap plastic. I bought Delta because I thought it would be quality and I wouldn't have to mess with it for years to come. I have a cheap Walmart head that is similar in one of my other bathrooms that has been installed and problem free for e years now. Sad to see this kind of quality from Delta. Used to be the gold standard.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never buy Got 2 for 2 bathrooms about 2 month ago. The handheld spreyer stopped working after two months. Now i feel stuck with it. i paid over $400 to install them. If i didnt have to pay to install new ones i would return it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never buy - ABS overpriced junk. The handheld spray pattern button doesn't work. It is an ABS plastic junk. The button doesn't change the spray pattern and the plastic is very flimsy. Had I not bought the product with valve, I would have returned this in a heartbeat.

My shower head settings adjustment has failed after 18 months. Is there a replacement option?

My delta showerhead button which controls the type of waterfowl is broken. Can it be replaced?

We just installed this shower head and believe the mixing valve is bad. Our on demand hot water heater will only work in one spot on the shower handle. (It set to cold) when turned all the way to the hot it does not initiate the hot water to turn on.

Which exact Allen key is needed to open the Hot/Cold handlebar? I have tried every possible combination but no use.  Trying to solve a drip small leak and assumed the cartridge needed to be replaced. it's installed at a new home in April 2021.

Hi Sachin, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 142747-CZ-I. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! The set screw should use a 3/32" Allen wrench. For a drip or small leak, we recommend replacing the RP4993 seats and springs in the legs of the cartridge and checking the condition of the RP14414 lower o-rings on the legs.
