Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Average Not impressed with the water flow. Pressure is not an issue, so it seems the unit slows water flow on its own. Installation instructions are extremely lame, since the manual covers three different models. It makes installing a guess since None of the three have the same parts list and the manual doesn’t specify which one is which. Delta’s customer service continues to be excellent!

The installer seems to have switched the hot and cold around. Is it possible that the cartridge is installed upside down causing the problem?

how wide the inverter handle is supposed to turn? mine only turns for 30 degrees, between 3pm (off) and 12 noon (cold) with hot water at 1:30 pm. Is this correct?

The water doesn't get hot. The hot water flow is restricted. When you turn the cold valve off and the hot valve completely open....the hot water is just trickling out. Help
