Rated 1 out of 5 by from We installed this months ago, still can't use Can't use shower, when you pull diverter, only have the water stops and comes out the shower. Have asked for assistance, get none, paid $180 and can't use renovated bathroom and can't find a replacement to match the other parts. Extremely frustrated

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect upgrade Upgraded our circa 1993 4" Delta centerset faucets to their new Flynn series. We opted to upgrade the shower head and faucet/spout as well. Delta to Delta is such an easy changeout. Every time we need seats and springs or other valve parts, Delta stands behind their lifetime warranty. The design, the operation, the customer service, and the lifetime warranty are why Delta continues to have this DIYer's lifetime loyalty when it comes to faucets, fixtures, and accessories in our home.

Q&A

can you just use the shower portion of this set or does the tub faucet have to be used as well? I want the Flynn Collection but I only have a shower not a tub.

Asked by: Theresa
Hi, Theresa! Thank you for your question. The Delta Monitor 144768C-OB Tub and Shower Faucet can be used as a shower-only faucet. When installing the valve body in the wall, the bottom port must be plugged in order to use the unit as a shower only. Best Regards, Rosanna

There is an adjust that can be made and this will help the handle turn further and the water to be hotter, please see the link to our how to video below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=By5b7uazCqM Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance.  Best Regards,  Nicole

I have an existing shower.  Can I install the faucet trim without replacing the valve?  Is there an adapter I can use?

Asked by: Kevin
Hi Kevin, Thank you for contacting us at Delta Faucet! This Delta Faucet model 144768C-BL can be installed onto an existing R10000-UNBX rough-in valve. However, if your valve was installed prior to April of 2006 you must use your existing cartridge assembly and not the new one included in the trim kit. Please contact us directly if further assistance is needed at this time.   Best Regards, Tim Digital Communications Specialist

The tub spout is too long for the shower/tub in our point of view. My wife says it looks too big. Can I replace the spout with a shorter one that would look okay with the shower head and the escutcheon. I used Copper Sweat Installation. Thanks.

Asked by: rmoess
Hello, Thank you for question! We offer many different tub spouts that install the same way your current tub spout does. I have reached out to you via email at this time to further assist. Best Regards, Tim
