I did file a claim over a week ago and have reached out several times but can't seem to get a current reply. Unfortunately, my contractor can't come do the work without the parts so I am already a week delayed plus the amount of time to get a response and get a new product shipped. It is frustrating.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can’t compare I do not love this product. I had a similar one but Home Depot didn’t carry it anymore, only online. I had plumber at my house. This was the closest to what I had. The pressure is not great. The one I had previously was absolute best. My whole family has noticed a difference. I am hoping to order the one I had previously and changing the head without having to change the rest. As for Delta as a whole 10 plus plus. When I called for register new product, found out I had register old and everyone was very helpful

I also love the combination of simple/modern and antique finishing achieved in the product (i.e. oil-rubbed bronze finish and curved/rounded shapes pairs with the simplicity of the design).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta REFUSED to pay any labor for defective fauce I recently purchased a Delta Faryn Tub/Shower faucet combo from Home Depot for a bathroom that I was remodeling. I hired a plumber/tile journeyman to install the faucet and tile the shower. After the work was complete, it was discovered that the Delta faucet sprayed water simultaneously out of the shower head and tub spigot, when turned on. The plumber initially attempted to address the problem by replacing all external faucet parts (including the cartridge) with other new parts, to no avail. Ultimately, he determined that the “rough-in” valve in the wall was likely defective. Delta was contacted regarding the problem and eventually agreed to send a replacement “rough-in” valve. After tearing out the new tile and wallboard, replacing the defective valve in the wall, and repairing the tile, the faucet began working properly - confirming the original diagnosis of a defective “rough-in” valve. Because the plumber/tile guy spent an additional day and a half diagnosing the problem, traveling to various stores for parts/tile/etc., replacing the defective valve, and repairing the damaged wall, he sent me a bill for $2350. When I contacted Delta regarding the matter, the representatives that I spoke to told me that Delta would not pay ANY labor costs (not even a portion of them) - despite the fact that their defective valve was the source of the problem and additional costs to me.

My home was built in 1999 using Delta faucet in the house. We have converted all sink faucets to oil rubbed bronze. Will the Monitor cartridge work in the existing plumbing or will new plumbing be necessary?

Hello! If you currently have a 14 series trim kit installed you can install a new trim kit over it but must use the existing cartridge. If you have an older 600 series shower valve you will need to install a new R10000 rough-in prior to a new trim kit. Please reach out with further questions! Can this plate that says the hot cold be made with the red dot on the left side and fold on the right ?

IMPORTANT!: This has "an adjustable handle limit stop that, when properly set, helps ensure the handle cannot be turned to a position that is too hot for comfort." How can I make the handle go a little more to the left and HOTTER?

I have installed everything according to instructions however water continues to fow from the shower head even with diver spout removed. I have attempted adjusting flows and flushed for possible debris, yet water continues to flow from the shower head.

When water comes out of the showerhead when filling the tub. The issue is called shower rise where the water can’t get out of the spout pipe as fast as it flows through the valve. Just installed 144822SS and can’t get hot water, not even warm, plumber checked installation again, we are baffled, what’s wrong?  Very disappointed and can’t figure how to solve the issue.
