Hi, is the shower handle supposed to rotate left to 9:00 for hot (where the red dot is)?  Or, is 12:00 the hottest temperature?

Hello, Thank you for your question! It won't go too far past the 12:00 o'clock position. I moved to a new place, and the shower head does not work. We turn the bottom knob, and the outer part and no water comes out from it. We have turned the shower head, but no water.

I have a old delta single handle shower control and after cleaning the chrome the handle does not line up properly any suggestions on how to line it up so it turns off and on at the top half from 3 to 9
