Veronica asked "Do you have a diverter valve replacement washer kit" Answer given was "replacement kit for the cartridge is part number RP4993." This doesn't answer the question. Cartridge is not the same as diverter. What's the answer for a diverter kit?

Hello Customer! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. The Delta 144862-SP does not have a replacement washer kit for the diverter. The RP23336 is the o-ring for the outside of the cartridge and may be what you are looking for. Do you have a diverter valve replacement washer kit and also the Allen key for the set screw for this

Regarding part RP101884. When I pull the button to divert the water to the shower, it doesn't work. Do I have to replace the entire spout (RP101884) or is there a way to fix the gate/diverter inside the spout?

I just purchased the Proclean hand shower from both Lowes & Home Depot. I ordered it in spot resist BRUSHED nickel and what I got was SATIN nickel. It is listed at both stores as brushed nickel and also on your website. Why the discrepancy?

Plumber says we have 600 series tub/shower fixtures. Will this product work to replace what I have.
