Q&A

Can this be set up without tub spout?

Asked by: Dick
Hi Dick, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Our Delta Faucet Casara™ 14 Series Tub & Shower Trim With Rough In Chrome MODEL#: 144862 can be installed without the tub spout, the bottom port would need to be plugged. I have included a link to the plug we offer, but any 1/2" plug would work. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts/product/RP20032.html Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Please contact us back with any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

I've seen reviews about a number of Delta faucets that are actually plastic.  Can you please confirm the material that each piece in this set is made of including the faucet, spout, showerhead and handle?

Asked by: CCsHouse
Hi CCsHouse, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 144862 Casara™ 14 Series Tub & Shower Trim With Rough In Chrome. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help! Our Delta product is a mixture of metallic and non-metallic materials. Unfortunately, we do not have a complete breakdown of the materials used. Quality is very important to us and our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure high-quality performance. Non-metallic products are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode and help prevent heat transfer. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist
