Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrated! Built a new home have four Woodhurst faucets installed in the various bathrooms. On the hot water side of one of the faucets, there is a perpetual drip that I have tried to resolve short of replacing the cartidge because I cannot find a cartridge to replace (RP74418) at any of the local stores. Very frustrating that they cannot be found locally. If I recall correctly, product information indicates the cartridge should last 500,000 uses, we are no where near that! Home ws built 3 years ago and this has been going on for two of those three years to one extent or another. It is now worse, thus this review. All of the other faucets are working fine, put Delta in as we have had them in a number of homes without problems. At this point unable to locate a cartridge and at the cost of the catridge on this site, I'm inclined to replace the faucets in the master bath with another manufacturer.

Faucet is leaking very slowly from under the cold water side causing a blue green mark. its the cold water inlet where it goes into the on off valve.

Please see our Where to Buy page for help finding dealers in your area or online. https://www.deltafaucet.com/where-to-buy Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. Please reach out with further questions! I have a 2532LF-RBMPU faucet, builder installed about two years ago. I have recently noted a drip coming from underneath the faucet. There is no drip into the sink from the faucet head, just underneath the sink. Could this be seats and springs?

MODEL#: 2532LF-MPU/Dripping cold water faucet. It appears that the entire faucet assembly will need to be removed to access the cartridge from the underside of the assembly, is that correct. I'm used to a screw in the top of the handle to remove.

We have builder installed Model 2532LF-MPU. Spout has come loose from the base plate. Handles are tight and no leakage. But spout moves up and down and sideways when water is turned on or off. How do you tighten the spout back onto the base plate?
