Does this faucet have ceramic discs?

one of the handles has become wobbly after 2 years of use. How do I correct this?

Is this faucet made of actual stainless steel of plastic that has finish which looks like stainless steel? How can I tell what is made of plated plastic vs. actual steel? Thanks!

How to I take the filter off to clean out the faucet. Water flow is restricted. we are on a well and I am guessing there is some sand in the filter.
