No support for Delta purchases
Buyer beware. I am a Pro member. I used Delta faucets for a job and they both had different out of the box failures. Ferguson will stand by Kohler and Signature Hardware failures, and other brands, but unfortunately you have to call Delta and deal with them directly. For just purchased out of the box failures, Delta will only trouble shoot the parts. When asked if I could get replacement units they said no. I'll never use Delta products with clients again and will stick with brands that are supported. I asked the Delta rep what I could do and she said whatever I wanted to and encouraged a credit card dispute.

It Does Not Swivel
I bought it for the extended reach into the sink to avoid splashes on countertop. What I did not catch was that the spigot does not swivel, it is locked in one place. It limits usage of the sink for multiple purposes of filling larger containers. Otherwise it works well.

Beautiful faucet
Beautifully crafted faucet. Very solid and has a great feel. Easy to twist handles. Easy enough to install but I have someone with plumbing knowledge who was able to do it for me. Water flow is great. It’s also very easy to clean.

Sleek, modern, and easy to install
I originally planned to install the Delta Saylor faucet, but since it requires a 3-hole setup and my sink only has 2, I went with the Delta Flynn model instead—and I’m so glad I did! The Flynn fit perfectly with my existing sink and was easy to install. It has the same modern, sleek look as the Saylor, which I love, and the water stream is smooth and consistent. Overall, it’s a beautiful, functional upgrade that adds a stylish touch to my bathroom!

The quality and finish of this faucet is Exceptional! All the parts are heavy and it feels durable . This set is gorgeous with top notch quality.

The handles on my Model#: 3536-MPU-DST squeek when turned off/on. 1. Is this caused by a bad cartridge or an o-ring? It sounds like plastic or rubber squeeking. 2. how do you replace the cartridge? 3. The handle feels loose. How do I tighten?

Does the widespread Saylor faucet come with a sunken valve or a traditional valve? I am wondering which installation video is accurate for this model.

Our 3536-MPU-DST valves connect with mounting hardware below the counter and on top to hold it in place. The valves are set in from the top or the bottom. The installation video for our DST widespread faucets is listed below.

Can Chrome supply lines be substituted for the plastic ones it comes with. I have a pedestal sink.

The integrated Pex supply lines are not removable. Unfortunately, we don't currently carry supply line covers. But chrome covers may be available from another manufacturer.

How do you remove the top center dome from a Saylor two handle bath faucet (in order to tighten the attaching screw under it)? There is no set screw.
