Stainless finish IS NOT stainless
We bought these for 2 bathrooms that were redone. They leave water spots/stains on all of them. You touch them and they also leave smudges so constantly wiping clean. We have a water softener and the water is tested annually and it is soft. We do not clean with any chemicals and have no maids (another reason given for them). You pay top dollar for these and the quality is very questionable.

Great looking and high quality build feel
This faucet looks great and the finish is high quality. Has been in service for a few days. Purchased this faucet to replace/update a decade old Delta Cassidy faucet to see if want to replace them all through out the home to update the appearance.
NOTE: The standard package comes with a 1.2 gpm aerator. Not mentioned anywhere is the fact that a 1.5 gpm aerator is also available. If you want more flow it is part RP54977.
I give this five stars on looks, but 4 stars for noise and installation quality:
* This faucet is loud at low volume. At first I thought it was my imagination, but I measured the decibels using a meter. With a slight 1" turn so that the water is a slow steady stream, this comes in at nearly 70db. This is very loud for a faucet. The sound is not the water hitting the sink, but the sound of the valves internally. I compared it to our decade old Delta Cassidy faucet with brass and copper fittings, and found a difference in noise level -- the Cassidy came in at 55db which is significantly quieter and you really only hear the water hitting the sink. Maybe the noise will decline as the valves get use?
* The Dryden faucet is PEX with a PEX compression connector to the stop valve, which requires a stop valve fitting that supports PEX. For homes with standard IPS 1/2 inch NPT fittings, you need an adapter which this package does not provide. At this price point, you would think it would be included. Two 3/8 inch OD x 1/4 inch inside diameter PEX Compression to 1/2 NPT adapters are needed for an install, or your plumber will need to replace your existing supply fittings to support 3/8 inch compression supply lines.
* WARNING - IF the length of the 3/8 inch loop tubing that go to your supply line are too long, the fine print in the instructions state that cutting them is at your own risk. Of course, they were far too long for my pedestal sink implementation and I could not keep the bend radius under the 8 inch stated maximum. Delta instructs that you can cut the tubing and use two supplied plastic compression sleeves. On testing, the tubes immediately disconnected under pressure. This provided no confidence that this was a long term solution. Uncut, the sleeve is integrated to the plastic tubing and the tubing will never disconnect. Once cut, the sleeve is just held in by pressure alone. Delta should include a secure connection option for this at this price point instead of these dicey plastic sleeves. The solution is a 3/8 inch OD, 1/4 inch inner diameter push-to-connect fitting from Sharkbite - it grabs the tube physically, and will not disconnect.

Outstanding Product and Incomparable Service
This is a high quality product. Very sturdy, beautiful as well as functional. Smooth elegant design. We are very happy with it. But there's more:
Finding a quality piece is one thing, but finding a company that stands behind their products is quite another. Delta does just that.
We bought this product in 2010, and it has worked great. However, the quality of our water is such that it caused our faucet base to corrode to the point that I'm unable to disassemble it and replace the cartridge without destroying the faucet. So I called Delta and explained the situation and.... wait for it..... They replaced it free of charge!!
I'm blown away and thank God for companies like this. In the Marine Corps, the highest compliment you can get is "outstanding". Well Delta is exactly that: Outstanding! In today's society this is very impressive.
Thank you Delta! I am a lifelong customer because of this and will be using your products for every project I do.

Dryden bath room faucet Low flow Need help

Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you.
Low flow is caused by a blockage or debris, we recommend flushing the Delta Faucet DRYDEN™
Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet 3551-MPU-DST.
To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.

I need to see the front and back of the lever that lifts the stopper. I think my plumber got it on backwards. I want to see the lever pulled up, and all your pictures show it down. The spin feature does not work.

How do I repair a dripping faucet? I believe that I have a Dryden 3551 MPU-DST

It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the DRYDEN® Widespread Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 3551-MPU-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know.

Our "Brilliance" finishes are durable, long-lasting, and guaranteed not to corrode, tarnish or discolor. Though they include nickel, the Brilliance layering process, designed to protect the finish, puts several protective coatings between the nickel and outside the product. These color options include Stainless, Brushed Nickel, Polished Nickel, Champagne Bronze, and Polished Brass. A non "Brilliance" finish will have fewer layers of coating between the nickel and outside.
We recommend DST products, as they are not exposed to metal.

You sent me the valve assembly for my Dryden model 3551-rbmpu-dst but no instructions to remove old one and install new one. Can you tell me how to do this?
How do I remove the quick connect hose assembly? There is very low hot water flow only in this faucet. I have replaced the supply line but to no avail. Now I need to remove other lines and check for blockages.

Is the Dryden 3551-SPMPU-DST faucet material brass or metal?
How to remove base on Dryden bath faucet mod 3551-mount-dst. It’s corroded.
I need to do this as well, but it does not appear that you can simply twist this off. I think you have to actually disconnect the supply line, unscrew that fitting, and lift it out and then remove base the, and reinstall. The base would not lift off of the valve as far as I can tell.

In 2016 I installed a Dryden bathroom faucet and had to request from you an extension kit as the assembly was too short to accommodate a taller cabinet and stone countertop. Same extension kit for another bathroom with a Dryden faucet needed.

Does this come without the supply lines? I am installing on a pedestal sink and do not want to loop the supply lines. Very disappointed that it arrived and we can’t install it.

Best way to clean water and soap spots off of Dryden® Bathroom Collection Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet In Champagne Bronze

To clean our products we recommend to always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish:
· Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner, Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid bleach-based cleaners.
· Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric, and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents.
· Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes.
