Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Nice, but drain pull hits wall Beautiful faucet, nice and substantial, quality. My only problem was that the drain pull comes out at too much of an angle and hits the backsplash on the wall. I can't use the drain, had to buy a pop up.. aside from that I love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Faucet- Bad supply line design Purchased this faucet and installed about a year ago on bathroom remodel. I installed per the directions as I have done on numerous other faucets. 2 weeks ago I woke up at 3:15 am to hear water flowing in my downstairs. Came downstairs and bathroom, bedroom, computer room, kitchen and back addition were flooded and went through into basement flooding that. I immediately checked the bathroom to find the hot side supply line had pulled out of the valve. Why not have a line that just screws onto the valve instead of a plastic line and plastic compression fitting?. I believe from expansion and contraction of hot water over time it came out. I will be getting rid of this faucet a going with another brand that has screw in lines. Already cost me thousands in damage upstairs and in basement. Bathroom in basement ceiling caved in and everything had to be ripped out.

We have a new construction home and have this faucet installed in our bathroom. Unfortunately the small red and blue rubber plugs identifying hot and cold on the faucet handles were not installed (probably thrown away accidentally). How do I get these?

Why was this 3559 Trinsic faucet refurbishied? Was it returned for a defect and repaired? Does the finish show any wear or is it in like new condition?

Hi Barbara, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The TRINSIC® (Recertified) MODEL#: 3559-BLMPU-DST-R was returned by a dealer. The product has been examined to confirm the product is in like-new condition, and the product & parts have never been installed and all parts are included.
