I like the simple styling and how the water without significant aeration creates this symmetry with the round tube of the faucet. Just looks classy in my option. Operates smoothly and I expect years of service. My plumber recommends Delta so I think I made a good choice.

Only drawback is that the seal that is between the base of the faucet and the countertop is black and it is exposed. Not hidden. We had the plumbers double check to see if it would fit inside the faucet to hide it and there is no way for that to happen. The seals are too big in diameter. So you have an exposed black seal where it should look like a nice clean joint between the counter and chrome faucet.

I bought black which surprising doesn’t show water stains that bad at all. I was a little worried being in softened well water. I think the chrome and stainless in my house is way worse looking. Perfect for our Scandinavian look.

It looks as good installed in our bathroom as it did on the website. The one issue we have with it, is that one of the handles is a little loose. We can't seem to get it any tighter. This does not take away from its looks or from the function right now. I can only hope that in 1 year we are saying the same thing. Classic simple lines A+. Water flow A+. Ease of use and installation A+. Quality to be determined.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Modern & retro Bought this for my powder room. I wanted something modern but with a retro vibe. I bought this in the bronze champagne color & love the way it turned out, Since the bronze from Delta is different than those from other product lines you pretty much have to stay with the Trinsic line if you wanted complementing hardware. I also go the matching hand towel bar & toilet paper holder. Compared to similar products this was much more affordable for a similar look. Its not as heavy as others but still durable. It has been installed for a few months now; so far so good. I saw other reviews that mentioned the finish is impossible to keep clean; I don't think its any worse than chrome or satin; it will show water spots that you just need to buff with a cloth but I think that goes with any metal finish. I had a professional do the installation so I cannot comment on that.

We have a new construction home and have this faucet installed in our bathroom. Unfortunately the small red and blue rubber plugs identifying hot and cold on the faucet handles were not installed (probably thrown away accidentally). How do I get these?

Why was this 3559 Trinsic faucet refurbishied? Was it returned for a defect and repaired? Does the finish show any wear or is it in like new condition?

Hi Barbara, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The TRINSIC® (Recertified) MODEL#: 3559-BLMPU-DST-R was returned by a dealer. The product has been examined to confirm the product is in like-new condition, and the product & parts have never been installed and all parts are included.
