Hi Roy p, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The ASHLYN® MODEL#: 3564-MPU-DST handles have a button covering the set screw which would need to be loosened to remove the handle. Please see the link below, page 5 for installation instructions. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/77310%20Rev%20I.pdf From there you can remove the bonnet and anchor nuts, then pull straight up on the valve assembly. Install valve assembly correctly for proper handle rotation. Replacement DST valves are shipped in the HOT orientation. For COLD valve operation, lift the stop, rotate it 90 degrees clockwise and push it back down into position. Install valve with arrow toward spout. Please reach out with further questions! Hello AmyS, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. For model 3564-MPU-DST, we require a minimum of 1 1/4". Unfortunately there is nothing else that can be done, the EZ anchor is what holds the faucet to the sink and it needs the hole to be a specific size. Hi Saltyfrog, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface of the ASHLYN® Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 3564-SSMPU-DST after use. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. This faucet has a 1.2 GPM flow rate, we would recommend to slightly close the hot and cold shut off to bring the flow rate down.
