So I gave it to my mom who it actually fit in her bathroom. There was too much to hook up in my small vanity in my bathroom underneath didn’t have enough room for all of the pieces She said that it’s beautiful and that it works very well!!! Can’t wait to start my kitchen remodel and bedroom Hopefully this brand has other things I can look for because they have very good products I gave three stars because of the fact that I could not use it myself because it said that it would be compatible but when we got it, it was a lot of pieces

I have dealt with light cheap plastic-like faucets in the past, and I could tell this Delta two handle faucet. is excellent and reliable in comparison. The fixtures are well made of metal and have a solid heft to them. I’m sure they will last an extremely long time. The label even says guaranteed for life! Satisfied with this product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice quality, difficult dimensions I’m honestly only rating this 3 stars right now because it’s been a whole struggle and I have yet to fully install or get to use the faucet yet. SO MANY PROBLEMS. The problems are not all with the faucet. We went to replace our faucet and realized our sink was rusty. We then went to buy a new sink and decide to full send and get a new vanity. That was an ordeal to install with lots of issues that came up. So now hip deep in a renovation just to review this faucet we finally are ready to install it. It doesn’t fit the new vanity sink holes…. So my husband is now trying to figure out how to accommodate. I will return to give an update once it’s finally installed. The product itself is such nice quality. It’s really a beautiful looking piece. I’m excited to have this as our main bathroom faucet.

It’s a sleek modern vibe, the handles are a good size. The only thing I didn’t love was how shiny the finish is. But it seems durable and great quality!

The assembly was easy enough for a woman to install it without any problems. The water flows quickly and quietly through the faucet without any leaking components. I would highly recommend this product and design when considering what type of faucet you’re wanting to use in your bathroom.

Can you tell me the outside diameter assemble RP 77414, 77417 and 77415 after tightening and cleats are extended? Ashlyn model 3564-ssmpu-dst two handle widespread bathroom faucet with EZ anchor.

I've seen some reviews that claim that the stopper arm mechanism is too short to work with a deep undermount sink. Is that correct?

Hi Amy, Thank you for your question. The lift rod connects to a strap that allows you to adjust the height for the horizontal rod. It should be long enough for most sinks, but can be extended easily using an additional strap, RP12516. You can also use perforated hanger strap from a local hardware store. http://www.deltafaucet.com/repairparts/details/rp12516.html We also have longer horizontal rods if the drain isn't close enough to the back. Are the hot water valve assembly (RP77417) and the cold water valve assembly (RP77416) interchangeable? My cold water valve leaks below the sink. Order shows I’m being sent RP77417. Is that ok?

The difference between them is the RP77417 has the valve, anchor and gasket. Where the RP77416 includes the just valve assembly.
