Faulty EZ Anchors
Faulty EZ-Anchors. Sold to customer and plumber has snapped the screws. Luckily I was able to get them out of a jam with a display I had in the showroom. Now the homeowner
has called and the handles are loose and the plumber can't tighten and has snapped the screws again. Delta has now discontinued the replacement EZ anchors in parts. My customer is very disappointed in the quality and now we have to find a alternative to replace them.

I have been a master plumber for 20 years and I love Delta products. This is the worst install Design I’ve ever seen y’all make. I told the customer to return it because it wasn’t worth installing piece of junk delta go back to your old install designs.

EZ Anchor System is faulty
I love the actual faucets. However, the EZ Anchor system is faulty. We had 4 valves fail while trying to install the valve cartridge. The screws that tighten down the wings sheered off. And, now, the valves are on backorder. So, we are in a holding pattern to complete our bathroom. If we hadn't already put in the shower fixtures we would be changing brands.

Nice faucet
The quality is really nice and the color is a great matte black without being to matte. It's a little hard to clean - we have small kids and they gunk it up and the crevices between the handles and spot catch toothpaste, soap, etc,

Leakage Issue
My husband I purchased a home 2.5 years ago and the builder installed this faucet on both of the bathroom sinks. The master bathroom facet is leaking into the cabinet. Water runs down the cold and hot water lines and drips into the base of the cabinet. I had a plumber look at it and he said all of the connections are tight and the only two things that could be causing the leak is the aerator or inside the faucet due to faulty parts. The plumber replaced the aerator, but the faucet still leaks. I called both the builder, who would not help us because the home is out of its one-year warranty, and the plumber who installed it and they would not help us either. I suppose I will have to order this facet and replace it myself. So frustrating to have a home for just 2.5 years and have replace facets already.

Pull rod sucks
I hate installing these only for the fact that the pull rod is always so tight when it goes in and it’s extremely hard to pull up is there a fix for this or am I doing something wrong cause all the ones I work with this happens!

Mismatched finish and finish doesn't hold up
I purchased 3 of these faucets. One of the handle base looks very much rubbed oil bronze, not matte black. It definitely stands out against the matte black handle. And the drain finish is already chipped. Delta customer service just said there are variations in finishes but black is black, not brown.

HORRIBLE finish and HORRIBLE customer service
We recently built a house with a new home building company and these faucets were installed in matte black. They were beautiful but started chipping within the 1st month. When we tried to have them replaced under warranty we were denied because we used a magic eraser sponge to clean them just once. 1st, we received no instructions on how to clean them, 2nd they started chipping BEFORE that sponge was used, 3rd I looked up the instructions and no where do they state not to use a magic eraser. They said I should have known to only use a cloth and water to clean them. These are bathroom faucets. I don't know many people that feel their bathroom is clean after just using water to clean, gross. So beware on not just this product but all delta junk products. The quality of products seem to just be going down the drain and there is no integrity on the company's part.

Very well made, smooth solid feel when using the handles. The only fault I have with this product is the pop up handle for the drain is very difficult to pull up . I bought two of these and they both are difficult to pull up to close the drain. We don’t close the drains so not a big deal for us. I would recommend this product!

Can you tell me the outside diameter assemble RP 77414, 77417 and 77415 after tightening and cleats are extended? Ashlyn model 3564-ssmpu-dst two handle widespread bathroom faucet with EZ anchor.

I've seen some reviews that claim that the stopper arm mechanism is too short to work with a deep undermount sink. Is that correct?

Thank you for your question. The lift rod connects to a strap that allows you to adjust the height for the horizontal rod. It should be long enough for most sinks, but can be extended easily using an additional strap, RP12516. You can also use perforated hanger strap from a local hardware store.

We also have longer horizontal rods if the drain isn't close enough to the back. The included horizontal rod is 6 1/8" long.

Are the hot water valve assembly (RP77417) and the cold water valve assembly (RP77416) interchangeable? My cold water valve leaks below the sink. Order shows I’m being sent RP77417. Is that ok?

The hot water and cold water valves are interchangeable. The difference between them is the RP77417 has the valve, anchor and gasket. Where the RP77416 includes the just valve assembly. I have attached the parts diagram for the model 3564-MPU-DST.
