Rated 1 out of 5 by from Love Delta, hate this product Like most of the purchasers I bought several of these for my new house. In my case 5. The fact is the aerator sprays with such force it splashes water outside the sink. There is only two solutions. Delta needs to design a better aerator or create a replacement faucet and send it to everyone who bought this failure. telling everyone how committed you are to quality makes you sound like a government agency. Keep it. get a solution.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad design Home is now 6 months old and these faucets throw water EVERYWHERE. Even if you use minimum flow to get the tankless water heater to turn on, it will throw the water down and splash everywhere. Needs a different aerator design or something.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Faucet I had this faucet professionally installed and it is now completely corroded on the outside, despite being cleaned every week. The chrome is damaged and chipping, and cut my finger when I tried to clean it. Metal pieces are falling off the faucet. PLus the water pressure is now very poor-liekly due to internal hard water build up

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for hard water city The faucets are attractive and contemporary looking; however, the water is hard in my city and the aerator on these faucets get clogged very early. This results in reduced flow after a few years. The plumber has suggested that they be replaced already.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute garbage unless you own a splash pad Absolute garbage. The water splashes everywhere and is not a nice aerated stream from the faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking with minor solvable issues Good looking but flow started reducing after a few months of use. I came here and found others have similar problems. Thankfully, I also found the solution here - remove the flow regulator, which was super easy. As far as the splashing goes, it depends on the placement of the faucet and the type of sink. We do have minor splashing but not terrible. 3 years into it, and it still looks new. Another issue we faced was the tightening of the open/close operation, which was also fixable with a min hex wrench.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible function Beautiful to look at but terrible faucet. Water splatters everywhere even with valve barely open. I mean it splatters everywhere, around sink, on the faucet surfaces, on the floor in front. even the mirrors mounted behind. I used 2 of these in new home and another single handle version of the Ara series and all are bad. I hope Delta will replace as these are truly bad.

Could you please send me the instructions. They aren't in the product manual either. I would greatly appreciate your prompt response.

Q&A

What is the hole spacing and size for a quartz top with under mount sink?

The supplier for the quartz counter top came out and did the template today. They are using an oval undermount sink on a quartz top. What is the hole spacing and hole size that needs to be drilled in the top?
Asked by: Bill
Hi Bill, Thank you for your question. This faucet requires 3 holes on 4" to 16" center. The holes should be 1 1/16" to 1 1/2". Please also note that the maximum deck thickness is 2 1/4". Please click the link below to see the Technical Specifications for these and other measurements. https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-3567-MPU-DST%20Rev%20D.pdf Best regards, Jon

I have a delta model 3567-mpu-dst and the aerator seems to be clogged. I know the answer is that it simply can be pulled out by hand. I can't seem to find anyway to get hold of it to pull. Am I missing something? It fits flush with the spout. Help!

Asked by: Mike Y
Hi Mike Y, Thank you for your question. The Delta Ara Lavatory 3567-MPU-DST faucet aerator can be pulled straight down by hand or needle nose pilers from the spout assembly. However, this faucet does come with a flow restrictor that is located below the cartridge assembly. Please refer to page 9 of the Installation Instructions for help accessing this part. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/X00083894_B.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Asked by: mjjones
Hi, mjjones! Thank you for your question. The Delta 3567-MPU-DST faucet does have an aerator that can be cleaned by soaking in a 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution to clean any debris that maybe causing the water from splashing. Best Regards, Rosanna

Cleaning of faucet

I have owned this faucet for only one week and have noticed water stains which do not clean up with water and a dry cloth (as recommended in the user manual). Is there something else I can do?
Asked by: Gebes
Hi Gebes, Thank you for your question. Water stains can appear when water evaporates on the faucet, leaving behind minerals. You can remove water stains using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water and a soft cloth. Best regards, Jon

Hi Butch, Thank you for your question! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is the information needed to resolve your issue for you. The Delta Faucet Ara® Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet MODEL#: 3567 that uses the RP75408 stream Straightener, manufactured before 10/24/2016, can be removed using the included J-shaped tool after removing the set screw. Asked by: Chris
Hi Chris, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 3567-BLMPU-DST. For this faucet model, any debris that may be trapped in the faucet is typically trapped in the flow regulator. If the faucet exhibits low flow, we recommend unsnapping the clip on the Y-connector below the sink. Remove and clean the flow regulator RP75432-1.2. See the maintenance and installation manual for more information: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/109016%20Rev%20C.pdf The RP90059 aerator is not designed to be easily removed. Hi I purchased this faucet for my custom build home, the one thing that I have a problem is (like in the reviews) the flow of water. It splashes all over the place. Is there some attachment or way by which we can make the water flow smooth.

Asked by: Sue S
Hi Sue S, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Our Delta Faucet 3567-MPU-DST faucet has a maximum flow rate of 1.2 GPM at 60 PSI. There is an option to slow the flow so it won't splash as much, RP73838 is a 1.0 GPM flow regulator and the RP73837 is a .5 GPM flow regulator still available at this time.
