How a product could be sold that has this obvious flaw is one of the mysteries of the universe. Hopefully the designer has been replaced so that Delta can avoid this issue in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from looks great, poor water flow I just finished up a complete master bath remodel and installed all Delta ARA collection fixtures throughout the bathroom. Upon turning on the new Matte black faucets, the water flow is terrible. As soon as you put your hands under the flow, water splatters all over, even if you turn the handle almost all the way off. I reached out to Delta, they admitted there had been a problem and sent out new aerators, but they were exactly the same and made no difference. I contacted them again and they had no more answers. They are however going to send even more aerators. The aerators don't aerate. The water stream is too focused and comes out too fast.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful faucets, terrible faucets Please make sure you read the reviews before you buy these faucets. I didn't and purchased them on their design only. Very disappointing for a Delta product, especially one at this price. They are beautiful faucets as long as you never plan on using them. If you do intend on using them, keep a separate towel nearby so that you can wipe everything including yourself off. These spray water everywhere and are a terrible design.

Every time I wash my hands, I get a shower. I always have to wipe everything down after using them. Do not waste your money on them. The aerator is a horrible design.

I am so sorry I wasted my money on these. I was betting on Delta being a better product. I will switch to another brand. Delta seems to apologize but doesn't do anything to make it right, like send out new aerators. The design needs to be re-engineered.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The seals leaked after a year! Installed in mid-2021 and both faucets leak onto the counter. The hot faucet started first, then the cold. Seems they have a seal problem? Also, the black matte finish shows water deposits very quickly.

Silly me should have read the reviews it is true the aeration on the spout is horrible, it splatters everywhere! Delta instead of apologizing, with the typical customer service fluff, REDESIGN THE AERATOR AND OFFER IT TO CUSTOMERS! It's a simple fix for a $500 dollar faucet...please don't respond with a I'm sorry reply, spend the money to fix your problem!

Worst customer service ever from Delta. Will not let me return it bc "it's installed." How would I know how horrible it was without installing. Only recourse they sent me a part where I had to hire a plumber and spend more money and the part does not fit; worthless. do not buy this faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trash aerator. Do not buy Bought these for a new custom build. Didn't read the reviews. It cannot be overstated that this is a trash faucet and the aeration on it is trash. I know, Delta knows it, period. DELTA, make available a new engineered aerator for this faucet so it lives up to the Delta name and you can show you actually care about customer feedback.

Guests have come out of the bathroom embarrassed by begin splashed. It sprays that far! I tired cleaning the aerator and the flow regulator but neither helped. I also tried adjusting the water pressure to no avail. Please help by designing a new aerator that distributes the water more smoothly and evenly so it doesn't splash.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Super disappointed Looks nice. Functions poorly. We have fabulous water pressure here in MN in my house, but not out of this faucet. The water streams out and makes a mess. I have to wipe down the faucet and handles after each use to prevent water stains. Spatters onto mirror as well. Removing aerator and cleaning does not help. Only chose this so it would match tub faucet. Way too much money for what it is. I would have been better off buying a generic brand at a big box store in a different style. They want $500 for this at Delta and it functions like a $50 faucet which is what I feel it is worth. I am very disappointed. The plumber took an hour to assemble and his hourly wage is $125 an hour so for $625 we bought ourselves one huge bummer we will have to live with daily.

I can't figure out how to remove the aerator to clean it so I looked at all of the documentation online and even called customer service. The written documentation provided no instructions on how to remove the aerator so I called customer service. The CS person was not helpful at all. She offered to send me a new aerator but couldn't figure out how to remove the existing one. This is a very poor design and as a result of their lack of assistance or instruction, I won't be purchasing any more Delta products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks good, but disappointing performance Chose this faucet for our guest bathroom remodel. Looks good , but unfortunately it causes water to splash a lot. The aeration screen is poorly designed and does not properly aerate the water as it passes through the spout. Needs a finer screen that softens the stream of water. We installed a Moen in the master bath and it produces a much softer stream using the same water pressure.

As soon as you turn on the faucet it splashes out of the sink, we have the faucet aligned with the drain below but I am not sure how this helps because of the lever controlled pop up stopper. I removed the aerator and it is attached to a small plastic tube that causes the water to be dispensed at a very high pressure. I have adjusted the flow rate with the shut off valves but this does not solve the problem. This design is very poor and I cannot believe we paid close to $400 for each one. The cheapest faucets at Home Depot function better than these. Please send me a fix for these or information on how I can return these to you for a refund.

Water splashes all over (yes its installed over the drain) and there is no even flow...terrible aeration. Oh, and I wrote to customer service who sent me new aerators...on instructions on how to change or the tool needed. And - get this - it is the SAME aerator that is already installed!!. I've had good luck with Delta in the past - won't be buying again. Let's see how long this review stays up.

After having them professionally installed I noticed that they spray water out in a very thin, high pressure, stream. The water splashes all over the counter the minute you put your hands in there. I took the nozzle/diffuser apart and could not get it completely out because there is a plastic hose connected to it preventing me from pulling it completely out. There is a plastic diffuser that seems to not do its job. I wish I would have spent the extra money and bought the TOTO. This model is garbage with plastic supply lines and fittings so keep looking.

They also get water spots on them every time you use them and always look dirty. I have five of them in three bathrooms and a larger version in a tub, almost 3000 dollars worth of mistakes. Rated 1 out of 5 by from This Faucet Splashes Everywhere We paid a pricey upcharge to the home builder to get these faucets (two in our master bath) and two (single handle) in each of two guest baths. These faucets are horrible, especially the two handle in the master. No matter how you set the lever, water splashes everywhere -- on the faucet, counter, backsplash, mirror and my clothes. And it's not an insignificant amount of water. It requires that the whole area be wiped down after any use. Horrible! We had the builder's plumbers (several) check out the faucets and concluded they are very badly designed faucets. I agree! There is really no aerator in the spout. There is a plastic grid that has 24 openings (see photo). This arrangement guarantees the water will come out in a harsh flow of water rather than a soft, contiguous flow of water. My husband and I are sick that we must spend MORE money and get a different faucet and pay a plumber to replace these horrible faucets. I've read many reviews about these faucets where the customer complains about the same excessive splashing. It's pretty clear that no one at Delta has bothered to try these faucets out to see just how bad they operate. We contacted the Builder's Design Center where we selected these faucets and told them they should remove these from the product selections because of their horrible operation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I expected from Delta My experience with Delta faucets has always been positive until now. This faucet, while beautiful to look at, splashes far too much. The problem seems to be in the design of the aerator and from what I can tell by previous reviews, has been ongoing. I have no hope for a fix but will probably replace with another faucet when the sting of the cost of these (we have 2!) has worn off a bit. Delta, if you're paying attention, would you consider offering those of us with this same complaint some sort of a trade-in or a discount?

The plumber has been back twice to fix it with his tools then with the key provided by delta to try to remove the aerator. Nothing was successful. At this point it is best to completely replace. Being used in a guest/children's bathroom and my kids constantly hurt themselves on the sharp corners while wiping the counter in between being sprayed on by this wild faucet.

What size Allen wrench is required to remove the Delta 3567-SSMPU-DST aerator?

How do you clean the aerator on model 3567

Hi, John! Thank you for your question. The Delta 3567-MPU-DST faucet aerator can be pulled straight down by hand. Once the aerator is removed, it can be soaked in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution. This can be soaked for an hour or even overnight. lost manual - Trash is in line, how do I clean the screen

I had a tool that came with the faucets to be used to remove trash in the line. Pressure/flow reduce shortly after turning on. Lost the tool.
