Rated 1 out of 5 by from Love Delta, hate this product Like most of the purchasers I bought several of these for my new house. In my case 5. The fact is the aerator sprays with such force it splashes water outside the sink. There is only two solutions. Delta needs to design a better aerator or create a replacement faucet and send it to everyone who bought this failure. telling everyone how committed you are to quality makes you sound like a government agency. Keep it. get a solution.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad design Home is now 6 months old and these faucets throw water EVERYWHERE. Even if you use minimum flow to get the tankless water heater to turn on, it will throw the water down and splash everywhere. Needs a different aerator design or something.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Faucet I had this faucet professionally installed and it is now completely corroded on the outside, despite being cleaned every week. The chrome is damaged and chipping, and cut my finger when I tried to clean it. Metal pieces are falling off the faucet. PLus the water pressure is now very poor-liekly due to internal hard water build up

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for hard water city The faucets are attractive and contemporary looking; however, the water is hard in my city and the aerator on these faucets get clogged very early. This results in reduced flow after a few years. The plumber has suggested that they be replaced already.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute garbage unless you own a splash pad Absolute garbage. The water splashes everywhere and is not a nice aerated stream from the faucet.
Date published: 2025-01-10
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking with minor solvable issues Good looking but flow started reducing after a few months of use. I came here and found others have similar problems. Thankfully, I also found the solution here - remove the flow regulator, which was super easy. As far as the splashing goes, it depends on the placement of the faucet and the type of sink. We do have minor splashing but not terrible. 3 years into it, and it still looks new. Another issue we faced was the tightening of the open/close operation, which was also fixable with a min hex wrench.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible function Beautiful to look at but terrible faucet. Water splatters everywhere even with valve barely open. I mean it splatters everywhere, around sink, on the faucet surfaces, on the floor in front. even the mirrors mounted behind. I used 2 of these in new home and another single handle version of the Ara series and all are bad. I hope Delta will replace as these are truly bad.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from AERATOR REPLACEMENT PIECE Hi! I received the rectangle with set screw aerator replacement but there weren't any instructions included as to how to replace it! Could you please send me the instructions. They aren't in the product manual either. I would greatly appreciate your prompt response.

How do I access the AERATOR on this model 3567-MPU-DST? just purchased this faucet, I see here on all posts that you can just pull it out from under the spout, but this is not true, you cant pull it out, it has some sort of dark grey cover with 2 holes

Asked by: IZZY
Hello Valued Customer, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company about 3567-MPU-DST! The faucet was manufactured with two different aerators, one was manufactured to be removed and one was not. The faucet does include a flow restrictor screen that can get clogged with debris, which would not allow for full flow. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best Regards, Nicole Digital Communications Specialist

I must have a newer model 3567 (5 of them recently installed in a remodel) as I'm looking to take out the aerator but it seems to have 2 screws holding it in. Water comes out rather forcefully and splatters. I want to see how it does without the aerator.

Asked by: SGM1947
Hello SGM1947, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. Our Delta model 3567-MPU-DST uses the RP75408 stream Straightener applies to units manufactured before 10/24/2016 and could be removed using the included J-shaped tool after removing the set screw. Current models use the RP90059 stream straightener which is not intended for removal but can be cleaned by soaking it using a cloth saturated with a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution. Debris will typically get caught in the Flow restrictor first so this part rarely needs to be removed. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance.  Best Regards,  Nicole

Hi I purchased this faucet for my custom build home, the one thing that I have a problem is (like in the reviews) the flow of water. It splashes all over the place. Is there some attachment or way by which we can make the water flow smooth.

Asked by: Sue S
Hi Sue S, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Our Delta Faucet 3567-MPU-DST faucet has a maximum flow rate of 1.2 GPM at 60 PSI. There is an option to slow the flow so it won't splash as much, RP73838 is a 1.0 GPM flow regulator and the RP73837 is a .5 GPM flow regulator still available at this time. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Best Regards, Kyra Digital Communications Specialist

The water from our MODEL#: 3567-MPU-DST Ara tap is coming out as a fine spray in all directions - wetting the sink top and floor. It seems like there should have possibly been something up inside the tap head. Can I buy a part to repair this?

Asked by: Anonymous
Hi SueMurrayMallon, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 3567-MPU-DST. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Soaking the end of the spout with 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing, can help remove mineral deposits. The RP90059 aerator is not designed to be easily removed but is held in place by friction. It can be pulled out with needle-nose pliers and replaced. If your aerator is held in place with a set screw, the RP75408 aerator kit would be needed. Please contact us directly if you have any additional questions!
