Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks nice anyway I like the faucet, the the bushing that come with the two valves don’t fit into the hole in my sink. I am either going to have to instal the faucet without the bushings and hope I get the valves on there right enough to where they won’t come loose, figure out how to turn down those bushings, or find some other alternative. I am not going to widen the holes in the sink, like some idiot subcontractor who doesn’t own the house would do. Also the last faucet I had on there (not a Delta) had tubing that you just snap together, just like this one. The hot water faucet on that one developed stem to valve binding. I could not figure out how to get that valve apart, and broke it trying. I don’t think I even got 3 years out of that one. Very disappointed to open this one to discover it was designed the same way. No easy way to clean if it gets hard to turn, just replace it I guess. This is very frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from looks and works great When I saw this I knew this beautiful faucet was going to go perfect with my new vanity. It works wonderful and looks absolutely great with the black granite top. Cleans up easily with just a clean cloth. Now I want the matching set for the tub/shower.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking. Lot's of plastic pieces. These are nice looking faucets. We bought three. We had them professionally installed. The installer had some difficulty with the plastic bases and bushings. The entire faucet base is held in place by plastic. Our old Delta faucets didn't have plastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It! Can't comment on durability, but the spot free feature seems to be right on. Very elegant faucet with new white marble top.

Bought the Everly faucet and am having trouble keeping them on. When you turn on/off the water, the handle mechanism can easily come off. Doesn't stay seated on the plastic piece. Our tile is not completely flat, but we can secure the grey base.

Asked by: sallard
Hi, Sallard! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. We recommend to tighten the set screws at the handles. If those are all the way tightened but the set screws aren't meeting the stems underneath, we recommend to unscrew the mounting hardware from underneath the sink and push up on the end valve so that the stem is higher so that the handle set screw can meet with the stem. If this doesn't fix the issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best Regards, Rosanna

These faucets indicate that they are made of metal. I am wondering if this metal is brass? I want a solid brass construction like my current Delta taps.

Asked by: caribean
Hi, caribean! Thank you for your question. The Delta 35741-SP-DST faucet is a solid brass fabricated body. Best Regards, Rosanna

My cold handle comes off when I turn it on.  I bought 2 faucets and only have problem with this one.   My other delta faucets use a set screw but these do not.

Asked by: Keith531uw
Hello Keith531uw, Thank you for your question. The handles on the Delta Everly Lavatory 35741-SP-DST faucet, tightens/attaches by hand turning the bases clockwise. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/88306%20Rev%20A.pdf Best regards, Tanya

Is there any difference in the quality of the Everly Collection purchased from a plumbing supply house opposed to the Home Depot?  I was told by someone that fixtures from the supply house last longer than those from big box stores.

Asked by: cherokeebeach
Hi, Cherokeebeach! We appreciate your interest in Delta faucets. All Delta faucets feature the same quality parts, materials, and workmanship, no matter what kind of dealer sells them. The 35741-SP-DST will be the same wherever you purchase this faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna.

Are there any additional Delta parts or kit I have to buy to install this faucet?

Is this a complete faucet ready for installation in my sink, does it include all necessary parts, valves, tubing/hoses etc.
Asked by: Billy B.
Hi Billy, Thank you for your question! If you have 3/8" supply valves below the sink no additional hoses or other parts are needed, other than silicone sealant. Please refer to the installation instructions for a list of tools needed. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/88306%20Rev%20A.pdf Best regards, Jon

have the Everly Delta Faucets. What do I use to clean them?

Asked by: Tommy
Hi Tommy, Thank you for your question! Below are the cleaning and care instructions: Here is some basic cleaning and care information: Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains and calcium build up may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.  Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. Also take care to protect surfaces that may be damaged by vinegar. The white vinegar can stain porous stones like granite, limestone and marble.  If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: 409, Fantastic, or Windex, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use.  Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub and Tile Cleaner, Lime Away and Soft Scrub.   Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes. Avoid bleach-based cleaners. Best regards, Brandis

Are the bushings, used in part 1A of the installation instructions, needed for installation if my holes are 1 3/8"?

The instructions for installation, part 1A, state the bushings are needed for holes smaller than 1 3/8" and not needed for holes larger than 1 3/8", but does not state if they are needed or not for 1 3/8" holes. Are the bushings needed for 1 3/8" holes?
Asked by: Kit
Hi Kit, Thank you for your question! We recommend to use the bushings with 1 3/8" or larger holes. Best regards, Jon
